When caching with small children, bringing along a small plastic "drop-cloth".
The kids can then sit just about anywhere (while you search ground-zero for the hidden cache) without getting their bottom soaked or dirty.

Not only that, but it also makes a great place to dump out the cache contents without getting all the goodies wet or dirty. Doesn't need to be a drop cloth - a rolled-up Hefty bag does the trick.
ReplyDeleteGood idea! I always make sure and pack extra plastic bags and paper towels to do cache maintenance if it's needed.
